Incredibly difficult to share tickets without getting others to also sign up to Ticketek. Once tickets are shared, others should be able to add it directly to their Wallet.

Appalling. Frequent glitches with sharing and recalling tickets. Ticietek appear to have total disregard for customers and are uncontactable. I can only hope they go bankrupt.

Absolutely awful. I cannot access order history on both Android and Apple. Trying to access tickets is a nightmare.
